La Clínica serves patients through all stages of life, providing adult, pediatric, prenatal and adolescent primary care, as well as HIV/AIDS, diabetic and reproductive health care to over 2,800 individuals onsite.

Mental Health & Substance Abuse

La Clínica's holistic approach to healthcare views mental health as a vital component to healthy living, and staff work to de-stigmatize therapeutic care in the eyes of La Clínica's patients and the broader Latino immigrant community.

Community Health Action

La Clínica’s influence on the community’s health does not end at the clinic’s door. La Clínica’s CHA department’s identifies, educates and engages at risk members of the Latino community through general health and wellness activities, empowerment programs for women, HIV/AIDS prevention education, counseling and testing.

Language Services

La Clnica provides medical interpretation in over eight languages on-site and at ten community health organizations and local hospitals. In 2011 La Clínica provided over 12,000 medical interpretations to clients across the region.

La Clínica employs innovative, culturally and linguistically appropriate strategies that break down barriers to accessing health care and eliminates disparities in the health status of the Latino community. The ability to meet a client’s health and social service needs in the language they are most comfortable communicating in and adapting treatments to ensure cultural appropriateness separates La Clínica from other primary health care providers in the area.
