Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
What is La Clínica's Address?

What services does La Clínica offer?
Clinical services, mental health and substance abuse services, interpreter services, HIV/AIDS services, community health outreach, and social services. For more information, please visit our departments page.
How much do services cost?
Our new federally qualified health center (FQHC) status requires that we have a system to charge for services. This cost is calculated on a sliding-fee scale according to the income and number of dependents of the patient. No patient is ever denied services because of his or her ability to pay.
What documents do you need to register to be a patient?
Before a doctor's appointment, the patient will have an interview with an intake worker and will need to bring the following documents:
- Idenification. With photo, date of birth, and country of origin.
- Proof of Income. Present one of the following: your last tax return; OR copies of your last two paychecks; OR if you are paid in cash, a letter from your employer specifying how much you make and how many hours you work each month; OR if you don't work, bring a letter from the person who supports you, specifying the amount of economic support.
- Verification of Address. Bring a water, telephone, or electricity bill. If you don't pay for utilities, you should bring a letter from your landlord that confirms that you live there.
- Insurance Card. If you have insurance, bring your card.
What types of insurance does La Clínica accept?
Medicare, Medicaid, Health Right, D.C. Chartered Health, Unison, and some types of BlueCross BlueShield.
What are the hours to sign up for insurance?
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
How do you order medication?
Medication can be ordered by phone or in person.
How does one get an HIV test?
Tests are Available: Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
