The La Clínica del Pueblo team encompasses both direct services and administrative positions. Our staff is made of people who truly enjoy caring for others and believe that healthcare should be protected as a human right.
Together, La Clínica staff members employ innovative, culturally and linguistically appropriate strategies that break down barriers to accessing healthcare and eliminate disparities in the health status of the Latino community. The ability to meet a client's health and social services needs in the language they are most comfortable communicating in, while adapting treatments to ensure cultural appropriateness separates La Clínica from other primary healthcare providers in the area.
La Clínica has over 90 staff members and 100 volunteers. Most staff members are immigrants from Latin America and are culturally and linguistically competent.
