If you are an established patient with a medical concern, please call (202) 607-8531. Your call will be redirected to the Medical Provider on-call for further assistance. For routine medical questions, prescription refills, appointments, or other questions, please call (202) 462-4788 during regular hours of operation or contact us through the Patient Portal.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the case of inclement weather, La Clínica may have a delayed opening or need to remain closed for the safety of its staff and patients. Medical appointments scheduled during closure will usually be move to a telehealth (phone or video conference) appointment at the same time as scheduled. There will be no changes to appointments previously scheduled via telehealth.

• If you are enrolled in our Healow application, you will receive a link to connect with your provider through their portal.

• If you are NOT enrolled in Healow, you will receive a phone call from your provider.
